Scottish band CHVRCHES have been heavily blogged about since the release of their first single, “The Mother We Share” in 2012. 2013 saw the band grow in popularity as a scant other tracks, “Gun” and “Recover” were released. The debut album, “The Bones of What You Believe” was released with great anticipation in September along with favorable reviews. B-Sides caught up with the band shortly after the release in San Francisco to talk about their music, their recent visit to the Pixar studios and more.
Indie rock band, Augustines recently moved from Brooklyn, New York to Seattle, Washington for a change of scenery. Their forthcoming self-titled release promises to reflect the new start yet build upon the band’s previous works. B-Sides host, Pete Mar speaks with them about their move, what the new album will sound like and more.
