The Strumbellas are no strangers to large crowds at their shows passionately singing along to their music. Since their start in 2009, the fanbase has been loyal and growing ever-so-steadily for the six-piece Canadian band. Their latest album, Hope, spawned the radio-friendly, “Spirits” and “We Don’t Know”, which has finally given the band a bigger American fanbase than they’ve ever had. In their native Canada, the band has won numerous awards including the Ottawa Folk Festival’s Supernova Rising Star Award, CBC Music’s Rising Star award, the Canadian Folk Music Award for Contemporary Album Of The Year and a coveted JUNO award for their sophomore album, We Still Move On Dance Floors. The Strumbellas have been on tour since releasing Hope, having played SXSW, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits and will wrap up 2016 with two in-demand shows in Toronto, Canada.
