Class is in session! The Idobi Summer School Tour stopped by the House of Blues in Dallas, TX, this week and brought out the summer heat! Fans packed the venue as early as 4 pm, ready for a night full of good vibes. A variety of bands, including Arrows In Action and Rain City Drive, got everyone’s blood pumping, preparing them for the headliners: Charlotte Sands and Taylor Acorn.
Both female powerhouses lit up the stage, giving everyone in the audience the perfect opportunity to sing their lungs out. Taylor performed her hit, “Goodbye, Good Riddance,” giving fans a moment to forget about their toxic ex. From the front of the barricade to the top of the balcony, not one person stood still. Charolette ended the night with her new single, “Hush”, which was the perfect way to end an action-packed night.
Taylor and Charlotte reminded us that female empowerment has always had a place in music, especially within the pop punk community. Who knew summer school would be this fun?
