VIDEO: Interview – Wolf Alice Talk Love Songs, New Album

WOLFALICEWolf Alice started out as a folk-pop duo with lead singer and guitarist Ellie Rowsell and Joff Oddie but expanded to a four-piece as their sound evolved to more rock/grunge fare. The band released two EPs, Blush in 2013 and Creature Songs in 2014, which garnered the band critical success in Europe with stints at numerous festivals including Glastonbury 2014. Their live shows are raucous and gritty and expand upon the band’s recorded material to envelop audience members. Wolf Alice recently played SXSW and is on the road in the U.S. as they prepare for the release of their debut album, My Love Is Cool, on June 22, 2015 in the U.K.

B-Sides On-Air caught up with the band during their San Francisco stop to speak with host, Pete Mar, about their favorite love song, their thoughts on the media hype on rock music, new music and more.
