Just in time for the hottest time of year, an aquatic wonderland awaits you in the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Imagine Music Fest is back for its fifth year of wondrous magic and all the EDM feels that you’re looking for. A stellar lineup will lure you in to an all- encompassing experience that will keep you absorbed in the moment. From camping and tailgates to transformational workshops and a never ending dance party, you’ll be sure to have unforgettable moments.
If you like to dance under captivating circus acts to an impressive sound systems at stages blasting off thrilling pyrotechnics, Imagine Festival has got it all. Four immense stages will be welcoming a curated list of electronic music artists from across the world. The broad range of genres attending has made it easy for Imagine Fest to stand out in the sea of other EDM festivals this year. “Topping the prior year’s lineup has undoubtedly become a bigger challenge each year.” says Iris Presents founders Glenn and Madeleine Goodhand. To try and feat this challenge they’ve included distinguished artists such as Kaskade, Green Velvet, Liquid Stranger, Alesso, Adventure Club, Griz, and Paul Oakenfold just to name a few. Not far from downtown ATL, getting to Imagine Fest is easy for anyone commuting or camping over the weekend. Expecting many visitors to join the hot and sunny summer festival, Unity Travel has put together travel packages to help smooth out all the travel logistics. For those who enjoy hotel stays, there will be shuttle busses ready to transport you to a dance floor (check out the “all-in-one” package). A QUBE village with glamped out tents in the camping section are also available for a less rugged camping experience . The entertainment will begin before even entering the venue. Field games and activities will be offered throughout the weekend for anyone looking for good camaraderie. Next there is The Imaginarium. This is where your mind can transform via workshops that will be focusing on yoga, flow, sacred geometry, aerial arts and more. You’ll also be stopping every few minutes throughout the festival to get a good glimpse and snap of all the remarkable art installations. To beat the heat, you can count on a quick dip with the giant swans at the splash pool before heading to the silent disco.
As one of the country’s last remaining independent festivals, Imagine has evolved into an all-encompassing, 360-degree sensory experience that blends music, circus troupes, performers, dancers, art, workshops, classes and more. In 2017 the festival hosted approximately 90,000 attendees and anticipates even more guests in 2018. With the infrastructure and amenities yet to be seen by a music and camping festival of its size in the U.S, Atlanta Motor Speedway is the ideal venue to support the rapidly growing event.
