Outside Lands Highlights Eclectic San Francisco Bay Area Musical Tastes: Tyler, The Creator, Hozier, Doja Cat To Headline

The lineup for this year’s Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco, CA is impressive. The variety of artists that the festival organizers are known for are front and center with headliners, Doja Cat, Hozier and Tyler, The Creator but right there with them are electronic producer John Summit, Anderson .Paak, Doechii, Gracie Abrams and Beck performing with a symphony!

The event will take place at Golden Gate Park August 8-10, and features two sets by indie rock veterans Vampire Weekend and other returning acts in Bleachers, Still Woozy, Wallows and Mayer Hawthorne. There are a wealth of solid rock artists during the day leading up to the headliners including British band Wunderhorse, along with Royel Otis, Julie, Destroy Boys and Sarah Kinsley.

As is custom, electronic artists are well represented at the festival with the aforementioned John Summit but also Jamie XX, Gesaffelstein, Big Freedia, Walker & Royce, Dombresky, Sammy Virji and Bunt. among many others across multiple stages.

San Francisco and the Bay Area is internationally renowned for its food scene and the ‘Taste of the Bay Area’ features 53 unique cuisines from a wealth of local restaurants who will be providing arguably the best food at any music festival. This year there will be 95+ local restaurants feeding music fans, like A16, Gumbo Social, Mezclá Eats, Wooly Pig, Woodhouse Fish Co. and many more (including plenty of vegetarian and vegan options). Now Outside Lands staples, Wine Lands will return and feature 20+ Northern California wineries, while Beer Lands will host over 20 of California’s finest craft breweries.
