PHOTOS: Role Model Closes Out The “No Place Like Tour” – Boston, MA 04/23/2025

On April 23, 2025, Role Model officially wrapped up his No Place Like Tour (The Longest Goodbye) in Boston, MA—marking a full-circle, hometown moment for the New England native. Originally scheduled for early March, the show was postponed due to illness, but the rescheduled date turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Not only was the venue upgraded to a larger space, but it also became the final stop of the U.S. leg, making the night even more meaningful.

The energy was electric from the jump. With a sold-out crowd of 5,000, fans wrapped around Landsdowne Street, where the chaos of a Red Sox game and another concert at House of Blues added to the city’s buzz. Despite the madness, the weather was a dream—70 degrees and sunny, perfect for a night of music.

Wanting everyone to be part of the experience, Role Model delayed the show slightly to make sure even the latecomers—his “divas”—got inside. And once he stepped on stage, the crowd erupted. Opening with “Writing’s on the Wall,” he set the tone for a night that felt both euphoric and intimate.

Fans danced, screamed, and sang along to hits like “Look at that Woman,” “blind,” and of course, the viral favorite “Sally, When the Wine Runs Out.” The “Sally” moment has become a staple of the tour, where one lucky fan gets pulled on stage to be the Sally of the night. But Boston’s version hit different—Role Model brought out his mom. Dressed in matching T-shirts, the two danced around the stage, sharing an unforgettable, joy-filled moment that had the whole crowd emotional. You could feel how proud she was, and how much it meant to both of them.

He closed the night with “Deeply Still in Love,” giving everyone one last chance to dance, cheer, and soak up the final moments of the No Place Like Tour.
