Top 5 New Artists at Sunset Music Festival 2021

This Memorial Day weekend, Florida is welcoming back live-music with a two day electronic music festival; Sunset Music Festival. Festival deprived music-lovers will be able to enjoy a hotly anticipated line-up featuring house techno, trance, and bass producers. Head-liners include Rezz, Seven Lions, Green Velvet, AC Slater and NGHTMRE.

With this being one of the first festival’s of the year, we get the chance to catch a glimpse into what the rest of summer and fall could look like. After a year in quarantine, many artists have taken the time to define their sound and go on the road. With so many new faces at SMF, we did the work for you and found our top 5 new artists performing this year. Check them out:

LSDream

If you know BRILLZ, you know LSDream. Deciding to change focus, the talented producer dropped his trap alias and created the LSDream project as an outlet to experiment with psychedelic bass. Looking to the future for unique sounds, his sets are sure to envelop you in weird and futuristic bass music.

VNSSA

If you are a fan of good house-techno remixes, VNSSA is your woman. She has released multiple EP’s and singles on labels such as Dirtybird, Dim Man, Sweat It Out, Psycho Disco, Box of Cats, Tons & Tons, Strangelove Recordings, and many more. Her sets are creative making them a thematic story of techno and house with a little bit of disco and other surprises.

Taiku Nulight

Influenced by UK Garage, House and Techno; Taiku Nulight’s sets are a go-to this summer. High energy songs are interlaced with deep drops and intriguing vocals. If you need a reason to get up and shuffle, this is a good one.

Kendoll

Bassline groovy house is here. Kendoll came out of nowhere and she’s here to stay. Within the last couple of years, this young producer has made a name for herself by creating eccentric sets alongside veterans such as AC Slater, Wax Motif, Dr. Fresch, Slushii, Marshmello, Redlight, Anna Lunoe, Destructo, and Chris Lorenzo.

Kyle Kinch

Groove master is the best way to describe this house/disco/techno DJ. With a deep jazz and disco obsession, Kyle Kinch has created a style of his own. No stranger to music festival line-ups, his sets are bumping, passionate and soothing.
